A truly diverse and spectacular part of the country with some of the most well known walks and places.  The Peak district National Park is situated at the southern end of the pennines and covers 555 Sq miles incorporating the counties of Derbyshire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Staffordshire, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire.

Ilam is a small picturesque village in Staffordshire with alpine style cottages, a church and river, which nestles beside the River Manifold among limestone hills.

We Start at the famous neo-Gothic Ilam Hall, which is set within the splendid 158 acre Ilam Park, cared for by the National Trust, before continuing on this fantastic circular walk in the Dovedale valley across rolling pastures, taking in Bunster Hill, Thorpe Cloud, the limestone pinnacle of Jacob’s ladder and much more!

Come and join us on a tough but thoroughly rewarding day in the Peak District.
