Come and join us for our Snowdonia Hiking Weekend of relaxed walking in a small sociable group, sharing the adventure, making new friends and enjoying the authentic hostel experience.

Situated on the west coast of Wales, Snowdonia National Park is one of the most beautiful, historic and diverse landscapes of Britain, making it Wales’s undisputed activity capital.
It covers 823 square miles and is world renowned for its rugged landscape and geology, and Wales’s highest mountain, Snowdon, also known by its historical name Yr Wyddfa.

We arrive on Friday evening to be greeted by our Host, settle in and enjoy a lovely freshly prepared meal whilst getting to know each other. A little music, fun and games whilst sat around a real fire … but don’t get carried away, we’re up early and out for a full days hiking, taking in spectacular scenery, in and around the outstanding Ogwen Valley.

Ogwen Valley, or Dyffryn Ogwen in Welsh, is a stunning part of the Snowdonia National Park in north Wales. This wide glacial valley is surrounded by soaring mountains, and features placid lakes as well as historic towns and industrial heritage. It’s also the perfect gateway to Snowdonia’s best mountain hikes, and puts you on the doorstep of some of north Wales’ best attractions.

After our first day of hiking, we return to our bunkhouse late afternoon to reflect on a brilliant day’s trekking whilst being treated to another exceptional freshly prepared home cooked meal, followed by a great night of socialising!

After breakfast, Sunday sees us taking on another fantastic, but shorter local walk.

A unique and memorable experience not to be missed …
