Man against nature, you against you. The oldest and original SAS fitness test!  The Fandance was devised after the second world war and is the first and oldest special forces fitness test by which all other’s standards are set.

The Fandance is a  gruelling near 15 mile SAS selection test march is staged over Pen y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons.
